Industrial Design - Epilepsy Head Protection Device Concept
Protec is a head protection device for individuals who are unresponsive to anti-epilepsy medications and suffer from Atomic (drop) seizures. Protec was developed to reduce the stigma of epilepsy and allow individuals with epilepsy greater control and freedom in their lives. To bring this solution to life, the process began by researching the existing market, interviewing users and examining the social aspect of wearable devices before sketching and concept models were created.

During this Studio Chat, we will discover how to create and use visual narratives as a tool for problem solving via Journey Mapping. Journey Mapping creates an environment for problem solving by removing internal bias, fostering highly detailed recall, building a greater understanding of human behavior, and digging into empathy.















Content Development - Hummingbird Humanity Representation Matters Guide
Investing in DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) is a strategic business decision that is remaking the workplace. As Creative Director and Graphic Designer on this project I took on the task of creating a visual language that could be carried throughout the guide. Custom characters were created to address the lack of diverse employee representation. The 4 Lenses symbol was created as a color code along with visually representing fluttering hummingbird wings to tie back to the organizations name.
Multi-Channel Content Marketing Campaign - Trim-Tex Do More with Vinyl
Consistent strong brand management, focused content, and analysis of campaign performance reinvented the company’s marketing strategy. Online efforts to redevelop the website, social media strategy, paid ads, and content development, educated the target customer and kept the brand top-of-mind. Thought leadership went beyond digital efforts encompassing media placements in industry publications, creation of branded experiences, and alignment of sales literature with updated brand messaging. The social media campaign was honored to recieve the Brand Builders Best Social Media award.
